Required Reading:
Have a habit of Reading. It can be anything. May be Some Artilces, journals, Novels, Story books, NewsPaper. Anything!! If Reading books is boring for you, than Google anything whatever comes in your mind. It has answer for everything. Explore yourself in all best ways!!
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I have been Awarded 2 times in 2 years of my career in Deloitte. This itself is a great motivation to accomplish anythng and overcome any hurdle.
Working Life Management:
I Make sure, I do not bring my personal affaris when I Enter my office and I do not carry along my Proffesional affaris when I am stepping out of office :)
Growth Strategy:
Everyday is a learning - I believe in this fundamental. on every moment, you have people, things, products, places to teach you something. Even a ant teaches you to carry your own burdens to get your food. Same way, to Grow as a leader, it is very necessary you have all learnings to be the one!!
Job Profile:
My role in Deloitte as an Analyst is - Support for Resource Management. In this process of RM, wherein we support my employees to get staffed to various projects of our internal/external Clients; we work on their schedules, avaibility, queries, problem solvings, finiding opportunities for the same.

Role Model:
Dad & Mom - because they are the one who teaches/inspires you to take the first footstep, speak to first word, do something whatever is around. Because, once the first step is taken in life, than you yourself cannot stop it!!:):)
