The Journey So Far:
I started my career with the corporate office of Hero Group at Delhi in the HR department.It was my first job which gave me advanced exposure to various facets of HR.I later joined Delphi Partners while I was at UK as trainer.Then I worked as a Freelance Headhunter before joining HR Globe Consulting
Plans For The Future:
I see myself growing this company every day to reach its pinnacle in the HR consulting field.To me what matters most is the journey that i undertake to raise this company rather than being contended with the fact that I'm moving towards my set targets.
Career Profile:
Today as VP, I'm responsible to bring business to the company so that we can give employment to people.I strive to run business which has value,reliability and cost effectiveness.While my previous profile merely gave me an option to comply with company rules and do what is enlisted in the rule book.
Working Life Management:
Being a mother it is imperative for me to maintain work life balance.I have my fixed hours of work though flexible and I make sure my professional agendas do not overpower my personal life.I prioritize my work well and make sure it is delivered in the set timeline.I hate procrastination and laziness
Job Profile:
Currently working as VP-Global Operations.Take care of relationship management with existing clients and creating new accounts,headhunting, facilitation of online services of the company,Identify new opportunities and lead the launch of potential areas of business by performing proper SWOT analysis.
