My Role Model is my onsite client tech lead as he not only have expertise in his work , which is development but also help others to grow . He inspire me to keep my updated and do better

Started my Carrier as maintenance project .. developed myself as java expert and now senior developer and also i conduct training for the people who are even more experienced to me
Plans For The Future:
i want to start my own organization where i can provide trainings to the freshers and take projects and allocate them the same so that they are at better edge to face the IT

I learn myself for tutorials available at the youtube and other site and i practice code .. I give guidance to other .. training to them .. help them when they are stuck

I am senior Software Developer .I develop code, assign work to others, gather requirements from clients , integrate others code , give trainings
Other Thoughts:
yes, i write java blog so that it can add little bit to my knowledge sharing practice
Working Life Management:
As soon as i reach office i make to-do list . I keep some buffer time to help others . In that to-do list i keep on priority work as first to do and then i send daily some time with my team asking them if they need help and rest of the time i do my work
Changes In The Professional Environment:
When i joined there was very less team interaction , no training were conducted and above all if someone was stuck he have to go here and there to ask for help . Since i joined all the above mentioned have been reversed
The Journey So Far:
My journey is very adventurous .I have learned from people alot. Now i have two family one my family and one family with whom all i have worked with
Advice For New Professionals:
Be nice be cool .. never hesitate to learn and whatever you do scope of learning is always there ..Enjoy what you do and give your best
