Job Profile:
At present I am working with a NGO as Admin Officer and my job profile and role in the organization is to ensure timely and quality procurement, stock management and supplies and maintain related records,to maintain HR records including attendance and leave card, monitoring, monthly payments etc.
Role Model:
Former President APJ Abdul Kalam because from a common fisherman he ended up in the presidential palace and winning a few 'Padma'(and Bharat Ratna) awards. His simplicity is remarkable with a mantra “Dream, dream and dream. Then translate your dreams into thoughts and then into actions"

By meditating and doing yoga.

I have just started my career and I am still learning processes but I can say noticeable changes are there but not to a greater extent

The Decisions That Matter
I started my career as a Customer Service Representative in Airtel Call Center and to leave the job within a month was an important decision to me. If I was still there I wouldn't have come too far in career and might have stuck in call center culture.
Degrees That Matter:
Yes, I wish to do a doctorate degree in Food Technology and I will take up Post graduate Diploma in HRM and Administration to enhance my knowledge of the field I am working in
