Advice For New Professionals:
Choose wisely your profession, as letter on changing the job profiles becomes a bit difficult.
Working Life Management:
Well, am currently employed with L&T Infotech, and its employee friendly company. the people and the open work culture of this company makes life easy and compatible.
Career Profile:
Prior to L&T Infotech i was employed with Scan Infotech. I was working in the position of HR Executive. It was a generalist profile, there i was resoponsible for end to end HR functions. whereas, in my current profile am handling Manpower Planning, Budgiting, bench deployment, its more of SME.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I was awarded last year for "Valuable Contribution for the individual performance". So far that is my biggest achievement.
Plans For The Future:
I want to see myself as a Subject Matter Expert in an IT industry into Human Resource/Resource Planning and Utilization area.
Done Differently:
If i have to start my career again , i would defenately choose HR as a profession. This is what something I admire.
Growth Strategy:
Keeping a track on my work and i make sure that there is a continuous improvement in my work. by being on the top of my work and rigorously follow ups.
The Journey So Far:
I started my career with Bay Leaf Hospitality as an HR Executive. learned and understood the core functions of HR, however the company had to close down its operations due to recession. i was associated with Scan Infotech, learned and explored the generalist profile. After that I Joined L&T Infotech
Role Model:
My role model is Mr A. M. Nair. I admire his leadership style, he is one of the best CEO. I wish that if I could get the opportunity to work with him.

it has been a wonderfull journey so far, expecting to have more compatible job prospectus.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
I feel that previously pople use to hire more on generic skills, but now the industry is moving on more Subject matter expert kind of hiring.

I am currently employed with L&T Infotech as a Sr. Resource Planning Executive. Involved in Manpower Planning, budgeting, forecasting, Resource managemnt, Bench deployment. Also taking care of Training identification.
