Family Background
I come from a medium class family in Varanasi. Both my parents are teachers. One of my sister is doing her computer graduation and the youngest is in 12th standard. I have been brought up in a secular environment, since my parents belong to different religion and beliefs.
Personal Description:
I am modest kind of person and a perfectionist to some extent. I like making friends and working in teams. Also I am passionate about dance and music. Watching movies and interior decoration are some of my hobbies. I like reading 881984 writing too.
Advices:
Prioritization is something they need to understand, since they need to take care of their families too. Work smart rather than working hard, is what I believe in and would like others also to follow.
After few years:
I am more interested in academic field. Probably I will be doing my doctors and teaching as a lecturer in one of the management colleges.
Essential qualities:
According to me, the most important quality to be a successful leader is, having good management skills. This is also important for all the managers today, even if it's men.
Managing:
The simple mantra to this is time management. I prefer spending time with my family once I go back home, without any pending works. Simultaneously I make sure that I pay an equal attention to my work when at office. After all, who doesn't want to be with their beloved ones.
Career Decisions:
After my graduation, I preferred going for an MBA, since it was my latest area of interest to be honest, at that time. During my post graduation, HR was my specialization which further helped me grab more interest in this field.
