Contribution to the field
Ernst and Young is a great place to work. An organisation which help helps in the all round development of an employee. EY constantly helps in developing the knowledge base of each of its employees through trainings and learning sessions. All in all a good place to work, learn and grow.
Extra Certification:
A CFA, CPA or a CA certification helps a lot in the field of Finance.
Critical situation:
The most crucial situation was the first time i handled a project solely and completed it successfully with a happy client. Now i am handling projects on my own, completing them on time and delivering the best results.
Current job Description:
I am doing more of analytical work in my present job which was lacking in my previous job.
Managing:
The most important part- how to make a work-life balance. The only way is to prioritise. work while work and play while play. Its best to work and complete the work while in office, though its not that easy but a little planning and systematic working sorts everything out.
Accomplishments:
My biggest accomplishment of life has been my dedication and determination to achieve my dream of working with my dram company. It has made me realise that anything and everything can be achieved with the help of perseverence, determination and the never say die attitude.
Success through professionalism:
Keep on doing the good work and some day you would definitely be appreciated for your work.
Attributes of Leadership:
Leadership means making people follow your vision willingly to its fruition. I have the dedication towards the team goal not individual, i have the magnanimity and the humility thats most important in a leader to appreciate and treat everyone with equality. I also see assertiveness as an attribute.
Advices:
Women have been doing great in this field and with their dedication can do wonders and end all the gender biases.
After few years:
An integral part of the success of my organisation and to continue growing with it.
