Management consultants have said for years that women have natural nurturing traits that make them effective as communicators and team leaders. And there’s certainly is a logical relationship between company profits and women in leadership. Another strong reason for having more women at the helm is talent as girls are now storming ahead at all levels of education.

There is evidence in both our personal and professional lives that women can multitask better than most men and now it’s high time to accept the fact. Women frequently approach business situations with a desire to talk it through and debate all of the ideas and options, women think out loud and men really don’t which always benefits for the progress of the organization.
